Joe Burrow Has History On His Side Against Baltimore

Published: Oct 08, 2022 at 08:38 PM
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has led his team to two-straight victories after going winless to begin the year. The signal-caller is quickly earning the trust of fantasy managers and will look to reestablish himself as a routine must-start option moving ahead. He will have an excellent opportunity to keep things moving in the right direction during the Sunday night AFC North showdown against Baltimore in Week 5. It's widely acknowledged that the Ravens defense has given up its share of fantasy points to multiple positions this season, so Burrow has that going for him. Additionally, the 2020 No. 1 overall pick has played exceptionally well in his three career regular-season meetings with Baltimore, averaging 374 passing yards and two touchdowns while completing 69% of his throws. With the Bengals offensive line playing better than it had to early in the 2022-23 campaign, Burrow could finish the week as a top fantasy quarterback, even without Tee Higgins (ankle), who is questionable.
