Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 29 of 38 passes for 319 yards and four touchdowns, adding four carries for an additional six yards during the team's 38-31 win over the Washington Commanders. Washington has taken the Eagles to the limit in their past two meetings, but the 25-year-old quarterback led Philadelphia to victory on the back of his excellent play on Sunday. It was nearly a perfect game for Hurts, with the lone blemish being a fumble on the famous "Brotherly Shove" play on the goal line. Besides that mistake, he matched his season-high in passing yards and threw four touchdowns for the second time in his career. Hurts has proven to be a must-start every week, even against the Dallas Cowboys next week.
