Gerald Everett, Dustin Hopkins Inactive Sunday

Published: Nov 20, 2022 at 11:59 PM
Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (groin) and kicker Dustin Hopkins (hamstring) are inactive for Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Everett was initially cleared to play this weekend, but the Chargers downgraded him to questionable on Saturday. Now, he has been ruled out. Tre' McKitty and Richard Rodgers should see more snaps in his place. Meanwhile, Hopkins' absence was widely expected after the team listed him as doubtful. Handling kicking duties for the Chargers will be Cameron Dicker, who is 5-for-5 on extra points and 7-for-7 on field goals in his rookie season.
