Buffalo Bills running back Devin Singletary is coming off a 106-yard performance against the Chicago Bears last week. The Bills went run-heavy in this game, which resulted in both Singletary and James Cook having solid performances. The expectation is that the Bills are going to go back to their pass-heavy ways versus the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17. Regardless, Singletary is expected to have a slower day against the Bengals strong run defense. He'll be a low-end RB2 for this upcoming contest.
