Deebo Samuel Efficient In Season-Opening Win
Published: Sep 11, 2023 at 02:38 AM
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel caught five passes for 55 yards on seven targets in the 49ers' Week 1 win at the Pittsburgh Steelers. Samuel took a back seat to fellow receiver Brandon Aiyuk in targets and production in this one. Fantasy managers love to see the efficiency of 11 yards per reception but a couple more targets or a touchdown would have been nice. Samuel will look to get closer to his ceiling in a Week 2 matchup in Los Angeles against the Rams, whose pass defense looked surprisingly good against Seattle this week.
