Dalton Schultz Returns To Practice
Published: Dec 06, 2023 at 08:40 PM
Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz (hamstring) returned to the practice field on Wednesday after missing the Week 13 win over the Denver Broncos with a hamstring ailment. Schultz might have just been limited on Wednesday, but the fact he's practicing at all this early in the week is a good sign that he can return to face the New York Jets on the road in Week 14 this Sunday. The 27-year-old has been a boom-or-bust fantasy tight end this year, but perhaps he'll be a more stable target for rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud down the stretch now that rookie receiver Tank Dell (leg) is out for the rest of the season. Schultz will be back on the TE1 map in fantasy this weekend if he gets the green light to play. UPDATE: Schultz was limited in practice Wednesday.
