C.J. Stroud Solid In NFL Debut

Houston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud completed 28-of-44 pass attempts for 242 yards in Sunday's 25-9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He also ran four times for 20 yards while losing a fumble in his first career start. With any rookie quarterback, there will be plenty of ups and downs to start the year, which was on display for Stroud. He led Houston's offense into the red zone on three different occasions on Sunday. But all three drives led to field goals. Stroud will look to throw his first NFL touchdown next week at home against the Indianapolis Colts.
