CeeDee Lamb Could Do Well Despite A Tough Matchup In Week 5

Published: Oct 05, 2023 at 05:41 PM
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb could do well in Week 5 despite a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Lamb is the overall WR16 in fantasy, as he's put up 51 points through four weeks in standard scoring. Week 4 featured his first touchdown, so he's been able to put up fantasy points despite only scoring real points once. The Cowboys passing game essentially runs through him and tight end Jake Ferguson. In what could be a close defensive-minded game, Lamb still has a solid floor and some decent upside to go with it. He missed practice on Wednesday with a "rest/knee" designation, but he was back on the field for Thursday's practice and the team does not seem to have any concern about his availability on Sunday night. He's on the WR1/2 borderline, with a little less upside than some other weeks but a similar floor.
