Bryce Young Throws For 35 Yards In Preseason Loss

Published: Aug 19, 2023 at 10:07 AM
Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young completed three of his six passes for 35 yards and added a one-yard rush in a 21-19 loss to the New York Giants in preseason action on Friday. Young got the start and wound up playing into the second quarter in Carolina's second preseason game. The rookie quarterback has now posted 56 passing yards with no touchdowns over two preseason contests. The Panthers will take on the Detroit Lions at home next week in their preseason finale. Young is locked in as the team's starting quarterback for the regular season so it remains to be seen whether he plays in that game or not.
