AJ Dillon Tallies 61 Yards In Week 11 Win
Published: Nov 20, 2023 at 01:54 AM
Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon took 14 carries for 29 yards and caught all four of his targets for 32 yards during the team's 23-20 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Leadback Aaron Jones (knee) left this game early and never returned. The Packers are having him get an MRI on Monday, but there is a chance that even if there is nothing major wrong, that he will miss this upcoming Thursday's game against the Detroit Lions. Dillon did not get much going against a beatable Chargers run defense, but there is no doubt that the 25-year-old would get the bulk of the work on Thanksgiving if Jones were to miss the game. Dillon has looked like the better back overall this season and has been much more involved in the passing game than last season. He will be on the RB2 borderline next week if he is named the starting back.
